We cook to order, so timing matters. Here is exactly what happens in each case.

If we reject or cannot fulfil your order (item unavailable, kitchen closed, outside service area, rider unavailable): you get a full automatic refund to the original payment method. No action needed.

If your payment fails or is stuck: no order is created and any amount debited is reversed by Razorpay/your bank, usually within 5–7 working days. If it is not, send us the payment reference on WhatsApp and we will chase it.

Cancelling an order yourself:

• Before the kitchen accepts it: full refund. Message us on WhatsApp +91 92176 45100 with your order number; if the order still shows "Confirming", we cancel it.
• After the kitchen has accepted it: cooking has started, so the order cannot be cancelled and is not refundable.

Wrong, missing or damaged items: tell us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item on your next order or refund its price, whichever you prefer.

Quality concerns: if food arrives cold, spilled or in poor condition, contact us within 2 hours with a photo; we will refund or replace at our discretion after review. We do not refund for personal taste preference or spice level once the order has been accepted.

Late delivery: estimated times are not guaranteed. If an order is very late, contact us — we may offer a partial refund or a credit as a goodwill gesture.

Free items, coupons and rewards: where an order is refunded in full, any coupon, free item or loyalty/referral reward used on it is reversed or made available again. Rewards are not paid out in cash.

How refunds are paid: always to the original payment method via Razorpay. We initiate refunds within 24 hours of approval; banks and UPI apps typically credit them in 5–7 working days. We will share the Razorpay refund reference on request.
