Who we are. flavr.in is operated by Adee've Global, a sole proprietorship based in New Delhi, India ("Flavr", "we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use flavr.in or our WhatsApp services, why, and your choices.

What we collect.

• Account & orders: your name, mobile number, delivery address(es), location pin, order history, and any notes you add to an order.
• Unfinished orders: if you start an order but do not complete it, we may keep the name, mobile number, delivery address, items in your cart and the pages you viewed, so we can follow up about your order. We delete this automatically 90 days after your last activity, or sooner if you ask.
• Payments: we do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which handles your payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive only a payment reference, status and amount.
• Device & usage: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, app version, and crash logs. We use PostHog analytics, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. We do not send your name, mobile number or address to Google Analytics.
• Ad measurement: when you place an order, we share order data with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our ads: your mobile number in hashed, unreadable form, the order value and the items ordered, with your browser and device identifiers. We never share your name or address.
• Communications: messages you send us on WhatsApp or email, and our replies.
• Referrals & rewards: your referral code, who you referred (mobile number, masked in the app), and reward status.

Why we use it. To take, cook and deliver your order; to verify you by OTP; to send order updates by WhatsApp/SMS; to apply offers, loyalty rewards and referral credits; to handle complaints and refunds; to keep the service secure and prevent fraud; to comply with tax and food-safety law; and, with your consent, to send offers.

Legal basis (India). We process data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 on the basis of your consent (given when you register or place an order) and for the legitimate purposes of fulfilling your order and complying with law.

Who we share it with. Only what is needed, only with: our delivery riders (name, address, phone, for that order); Razorpay (payment); AiSensy/WhatsApp Business and our SMS provider (order updates and OTPs); Google Maps (address lookup); our hosting and analytics providers (Emergent, PostHog, Google, Meta). We never sell your data.

Marketing messages. You may receive WhatsApp/SMS offers if you have opted in. Reply STOP on WhatsApp or write to us to opt out at any time; order updates will still be sent.

Retention. Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. OTPs are deleted within minutes. Details from unfinished orders are deleted automatically 90 days after your last activity. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of a deletion request, except where law requires longer.

Your rights. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to Venu.angel.2010@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 92176 45100 from your registered number. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately if you suspect misuse of your account.

Children. Our services are for people aged 18 and above; we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Cookies & local storage. We use them to keep you logged in, remember your address and cart, and for analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies that hold a random identifier for your browser; we save that identifier with your order so we can see which of our ads, QR codes and links lead to orders. You can clear them in your browser; the site may then ask you to log in again.

Changes. We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
